If the internet can be trusted - this is a game changer, at 43:45 ASP says fleeing is now class C felony which has minimum of 3 years, up to 10. I guess it depends on judge, but more of these habitual flee-ers should be seeing hard time. I hope they keep trying tho 😂

Okay- this is my only criticism of any ASP experience, and I've known some personally and watched many of these videos- Trooper Mooney drives like he's worried about his insurance rates, and moves on two feet like a wounded hippo. Perhaps he would be better suited to an office job with ASP? Troopers in AR are kind of like Texas Rangers, sometimes they are far away from backup and handling dangerous situations, they have to be able to handle themselves... "One riot, one Ranger" situations... I say this for his own safety not just job performance...

How is it that so many people don't know to move to the right when an emergency vehicle is approaching? And that doesn't mean to slowly drift over with the speed of a glacier. If they know to get out of the way but are just oblivious, then they shouldn't be driving. We should upgrade the cameras to get tag numbers and start handing out citations to drivers who failed maintain adequate awareness while driving.
