Gosei Sentai Dairanger có nội dung xuyên suốt nói về văn hóa Trung Hoa , nên các cổ máy được thiết kế theo các con vật thần thoại của Trung Hoa như Ryuseioh - Rồng , Shishi - Sư , Kirin - Lân , Tenma - Thiên Mã , Houou - Phượng Hoàng , Daimugen - Quy , Won Tiger - Bạch Hổ .
Ryuseoh có dạng rồng rất đẹp , còn có thể chuyển thành dạng chiến binh . Cách hợp thể rất sáng tạo khi Sư , Lân , Thiên Mã , Phượng Hoàng tạo thành bộ giáp cho Rồng tạo thành DairenOh - Với phong cách là 1 chiến tướng cổ của Trung Hoa ...... Tuy nhiên , do quá tập trung vào cách ráp là người mặc giáp chiến , nên 3 cổ máy Lân , Sư , Thiên Mã mang hình dáng khá trừu tượng , khó nhìn thấy ngay , phải liên tưởng mới ra dc .
Won Tiger dạng bạch hổ đẹp dạng chiến binh cũng rất đẹp , màu sắc đẹp , chi tiết đẹp , có tích hợp hệ thống âm thanh ánh sáng - Dạng hợp thể KibadaiOh ko dc cân đối cho lắm , nhưng vẫn rất ngầu .

I remember this toy. The red dragon was sold separately from the other four thunderzords and I had to wait a month to get it. For a young boy the wait was torture.

Honestly to date the thunder zords are the most creative of all the megazords, as technically they don't combine but merely forms a suit of armour for the dragon zord.

I used to have the main 5 dai robots when I was a kid. Not this version, of course, the 90s version. It was officially imported from Japan, but looked cheaper than this. Then I lost the helmet, the sword, & the spear.

I was lucky to find that Serpentera at an vintage toy store. That Japanese version too! Unfortunately the electronics no longer work on mine. But wow, I did not know it came with a tiny Red Dragon Thunderzord to show the scale. Awesome.

I am so fascinated that someone was able to design these in 1992/1993 without the aid of modern CAD software, knowing that each facet of the on screen fusion had to be replicated in toy form.

@@limonysal5050 I don’t think that’s correct. You’re thinking of the US Saban version which the toys and footage existed and they built a show around it. For the Japan originals I don’t think that’s true. I’ve seen video of them creating the morphing portions of the mech robots and they weren’t basing it off a pre-existing toy.

I had the RD/Thunderzords and my friend had the White Tigerzord. I think we only got to combine the White Tiger Thunderzord once :/ Also knew another kid with Ninjor, but I only got to play with that once. We were probably the only kids in our city with those sets lol...

I had the the first 6 chi beasts. They were amazing and I didn’t care for Daimugen, or at least the US version. But I gotta know: how does the chi palace stay on top of Daimugen when all 7 are combined.

Super Sentai designs always take into account the transformation to complete the design. US power rangers more or less just say "who cares about the transformation... if it looks cool, it works".

Man whenever I watched Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season 2 whenever they use the Thunder Ultrazord in battle like when the Red Dragon Thunderzord in Warrior mode starts spinning it's staff above it's head to lift up all 7 Zords is insane I mean that Zord has to be insanely strong and powerful to lift up the Thunderzord Assault Team,the White Tigerzord and Tor the Shuttlezord several thousand feet into the air in order to destroy a monster by literally dropping on them is just crazy I mean that's gotta be almost Godzilla level weight the Red Dragon Thunderzord in Warrior mode is lifting into the air like that.
