Oh Dyan...You were the first Ranger Designer that I began following. I love your products so much and I cannot wait to use this newest release. You are such an encourager! Thank you!
Nice to get the warning about the discontinued colors. I like the darker ones, so I will stock up. Not as excited about the neon ones. I liked the jars, as you could dab the applicator in them, but I always have to spritz a little water in them every time I opened a jar or they would start to thicken up. The new bottles will probably cure that problem.
so....the colors that are being discontinued are my favorites..ALL OF THEM. Once my jars are gone, I just won't buy any more. I've never been a fan of super bright colors anyway and that's all that's left. As much as I love Ranger, has anybody else ever noticed that they NEVER make anything bigger, but they eventually make everything smaller? And the price sucks. I mean who the heck uses only 1 oz. of paint? It's the reason I never bought the distress paints. Color wash went from 4oz to 2.. Mica spray from 2 oz. to 1....and the new oxide sprays aren't even a full 2 oz!!! Feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Wish I didn't love Ranger stuff so darn much.
I like these Dylusion stamps, they have a nostalgic trippy feel to them ;) The description states that it comes with a gel foam to attach to an acrylic block. Will these stamps work with the Tim Holtz Stamp Platform?
I find your videos so Inspirational, but must say I got a laugh when you said we could leave a rude message with the paints, I would love to do that to someone so Deserving, so which Paints would you recommend???? 🇨🇦
I guess i'm to blame for my paints turning into solid rubber within a few weeks of purchase , I apparetly didn't look after them properly... what was the proper way to look after them? not opening them at all? obviously there was just a problem with the recipe, or that particular batch, and those ones should not have been sold. Don't blame the customer. blame the manfacture, the chemest, the machine , anything but the customer. geesh. love your stuff Dyan, but really... were not all so stupid that we would leave a lid off and wonder why this happend. If anything I learend to not nearly purchase an entier line all at once.
@@ScrapTimeVideos I did this at the time, and got absoutly no response. I thought I had let it go , but hearing her blame the customer just erks me. Someone didn't pull the product from shelves when they should have, and the company made more money because of it. I don't necissarly blame the artist, but if it were my name , I would be doing everything I could to make sure that the company I'm in business with is not dooping my customers as well, or at the very least appoligize for the issue. This kind of stuff happens all the time, but to come out and say its the customers fault is just..... [ fill in the blank ].
@@brunettmama3 I was also EXTREMELY irritated that she blamed the customer for the design flaw. Thank you for saying something. How about taking responsibility and not deflecting and make a passive aggressive comment about dumb customers.
I wish you would have demonstrated at least some of the products. Nothing sells product more than demonstrating it. When you don't demonstrate it people think the product is too difficult or complicated to use and don't buy it. That's a major sales rule, demonstrate the product! Kathy B. 💜 Fairylady0227
At the Ranger morning they just show the new products - it is focused on retailers. But we have a video coming where she makes a tag using her collage pieces.
