How about we fix the rampant drug problem in Kelowna before worrying about facility fees. I am tired of going to work and having to clean up used needles in the loading bay everyday. Our downtown core is an absolute nightmare between the homeless, drug addicts and people with very clear mental health problems it is getting more and more unsafe to bring your family there. Instead of using city funds to build new recovery centers we allowed city council to vote and give themselves a completely undeserved pay raise. Mayor Dyas promised a lot during his campaign for mayor and almost nothing has changed. The mayor and city council are a complete disgrace.
