The feeling of freedom you get when this OST plays as you run around in the city is genuinely one of the most beautiful feelings I've experienced in any game and the video captured the concept very well.
Ever since i played mirrors edge i wanted a fully open world parkour focused game. While dl1 was close to that dl2 knocks it out of the park with the movement in it.
i remember when i was 6 when i played my first time "dying light" demo because i didnt want my parents spend money on this game, but they saw me playing that game for entire days and they bought the original game after one month, i was so happy that i played that game for 3 years without stop, and now im 13 and Dying light 2 was the best game i ever played, techland just gave me what are videogames.
Honestly if this game is purely just about parkour, I'm happy with that. But no, it has to be post apocalyptic zombie world and you know what? That makes me even more happier because I'm a huge fucking sucker for post apocalyptic setting, and the fact that you're not only limited to explore the street and 1 or 2 building but you actually could explore basically around 90% of the map, both exterior and interior, and on top of that with fun parkour gameplay is making it even much much more fantastic and make me love this game much more
Lmao @ 2:14 my brain had a reaction that I can only transcribe in my native language to completely express my feelings. "Nagüevoná, si pues. yque Spider-man, no jodás" which basically translates to 'whoa, this dude is basically Spider-man' based on much time he was able to spend running on the wall. Haven't played either this one, or the previous for no particular reason but I'm going to, at some point I'm sure. Anyway, the parkour seem like a lot of fun here. Don't know about the music though. Not that it is bad or anything, is just that I'm not _feeling_ it, you know?
Ooohohoho boy, you’ll feel it when you experience it for yourself. It’s so good. It starts out kind of limited, but as you progress and gradually gain more stamina and parkour abilities it gets more and more fun to traverse the city doing cool stuff.
this game is have full Parkour, damn dl2 developer and with this fucking goosebumps ost soundtrack man damn addictive i can play this game only for Parkour friking full day
People give way too much importance on music being dynamic. I don’t care if the game changes the music while I’m jumping when it’s this generic. I listen to Spotify while playing DL2 because this is so boring.
