Game is still sooo stale, people asked for legend ranks and all we got was a new currency to buy loot we mostly have and challenges what are boring and reskinned infected what they call new “special infected”
Yep,it was so impressive that after half an hour in I uninstalled the game AGAIN.Stop being such a duck riders guys and focus more on trying to get the game content about ZOMBIES in this zombie game instead of praising and talking about coats,about how to obtain "legendary" level 9 weapons when you are already at level 9 (you should get only level 9 items😂),"how to find "legendary" zombies in a zombie game,etc.It's just so pathetic.
I asked Tymon on twitter if there is a chance we will see this system applied to factions like the couriers guild. He said "great minds thing alike" Imagine having daily / weekly bounties that are designed to get you engaged with the world / learning more about the people of Villador. Some could be "A courier had to drop a package in a dark zone, go an retrieve in. If done during the day, get extra EXP. or deliver 3 packages at night for some examples.

I KNOW there will be a developer of Techland that reads this. THANK YOU for what you do. I LOVE your games. Seriously, you create MEMORIES and awesome experiences. I hope I'm able to work alongside developers such as yourselves in the near future.

You call no reasons paying full price for games that you are not even able to finish them do too amount of glitches and problems this game had and still has.I was a big fan if the first game but this one it's just a slap on the face towards their fans,an unfinished product like almost all the games that comes to the market nowadays. Keep riding the duck meanwhile people like me moved on to better pastures and not wasting my time with this 💩.

I LOVE that you guys added the Hooded Nightrunner outfit! I'm putting everything on halt just to earn it! I'd love to see transmog as your next big milestone, and you guys should totally add more hooded outfits and gear pieces, they're so cool looking! @@ADISTOD3MUS Wow, am I not allowed to care about looking cool in a game? Way to rain on my parade. You're 100% allowed to dislike the game, but why do you gotta make fun of me for loving it? Sure the story was just 'alright' but at the very least it said something. You can't say the same for a lot of other AAA games coming out right now. Besides, that's not why most of the fans like Dying Light, the gameplay is just so fun that the story doesn't really matter all that much. It's the same reason why people love and still play The Division 2, Battlefield 4/1/V, DOOM 2016/Eternal and Hitman. The first Dying Light had amazing progression, satisfying combat, and hands down the best parkour system at the time. Dying Light 2 delivers on that for me. Also, the co op has worked for me and my friends have always seen what I'm wearing 🤷♀
All of the new rewards acquired & honestly the Elite Nightrunner Outfit looks weird & could've been executed better 👍🏻 pls remove the need for Tokens to get the random Artifact gears and armor pieces, i feel that token should only be needed for the unique accessories like Charms, Outfits and Paraglider skins. Thanks for this awesome update guys, keep showering love for this wonderful game. ❤️😃
I was doing a mission and kept glitching out of bounds into the fire by the staircase. This seemed to keep happening because a viral spawned behind a wooden pallet you have to move because a howler summoned it there.
yeah, i got the same glitch a few times lol. It's a bit annoying honestly, but you can prevent it from happening if you throw a UV flare at the right corner of the pallet. I tried it, it works on both the regular and the elite challenge.
I want to see some more of the concepts from the e3 2019 reveal start making a comeback! Like how they showed the city on days 1-14 and the public hangings/executions . Tap into the immersive potential that was scrapped! I think it would breathe a whole new life to the city
That's what I want to. I want Techland to implement some of the things they showed in the E3 trailers before they start adding new missions/etc. For example, I still think the buildings look too similar to each other, I don't know how but they need to distinguish the buildings from each other. The other thing I really want is more density in terms of enemies during the day. The streets are almost empty during the day and it looks so bland and boring. In the original E3 trailers, the streets were packed. I think this is because of the limiting power of last gen consoles; I think Techland needs to start updating the next gen versions with things they showcased during E3.
I definitely think this games gonna hold a lot more playtime and suprises in the future I think some people forget dying light one didn’t get super popular till they released dying light the following i loved it before the release but after that first dlc it made me love it even more so I’m pretty hyped for the upcoming content updates

This is one of those game's where the Ultimate Edition is worth the money and I'm happy to have Pre Ordered it. I've had so much fun playing this game and with the NPC Audio Skip Bug back during launch fixed I enjoyed doing the story and all of the side quests. Greatly looking forward to future content with Dying Light 2 as the dedication to the first game was beyond amazing
TO ANYONE WONDERING ABOUT AGENT RANK & NEW GAME PLUS: It takes away your outfits, but you can immediately repurchase them once you get to the central loop & unlock Harper as a vendor again. Sadly it does cost tokens, but you don’t have to re-level your rank to purchase your e3 2019 outfit
so i just went into dying light 2 after watching this and got my ass handed to me by a tyrant and uh i will learn now to have better equipment than last time. lol
Something I’d really like is the legend skill tree as I find the combat and parkour points I gain from missions and free roaming are useless when I am already max rank , as well missions rewards should scale with the player, currently doing new game + with a level 9 character and my rewards have been level 1 and 2 weapons so far
Im so happy this came! It was really nice seeing the hives return also, but sadly i cant play it since im travelling :( hopefully you see this but i was thinking you can add the door bash where while running and opening the door it bashes open for faster movement? It would be really nice 😊
Actually there is a door bash, you have to use one of the rushing abilities (the ones that lets you run through infected crowds), it works with doors if I remember well, the game just doesn't tell you
Just imagine how much hard work and dedication they put with the first game. Now they’re gonna give us all that AGAIN with this one! I cannot wait :D God tier dev team!
I swore I wouldn't get it back cuz I'm also worried that when haper leaves the outfits will be gone I really hope he's there for good and yes I got it back I love the outfit
Really love the game, only thing I wasn't a fan of was the ending but I love everything else and if this game gets the same support the first one got, this'll be one of my fav games ever
Gotta remember to add a more viable way to get knuckle dusters other than going to the Witch lady to get the only one of two? Two fist weapons in the game. Well three counting with the new NightRunner fists.
I still can’t bring myself to play this over dl1 because the physics when you hit enemies is wack and everyone launches into a torpedo when you kill them to often
Techland you're an amazing company. Not many triple a studios are this receptive with their community. We can all tell you guys read what we have to say, and just know there's many people like myself who will buy the next game you make purely based on that fact. Thank you guys, dl2 is one of the best games I've played. Continue to make it even better please.
it can be cool and smooth if new parkour animations are add idea : after complete the skills trees, we unlock a new one with new mechanics of parkour and combat, of course the city have to change and involve for adaptation it can be nice an evolution of the city through the time :)
Missions are okay, not too grindy, not too hard but not a walk in the park for sure. The challenge are nice, takes a while to get it right, and even when you got it right things can still go wrong (imagine being double leaped by the Volatile Tyrant and a Viral, no coming back from that). The outfits are beautiful, apart from the hands (I prefer 2 gloves, but it's just a me thing). Love the new update overall, can't wait for Chapter 2.
Can you please add some sort of marker for collectibles on the map... I want the platinum but finding things like this is an absolute CHORE and not fun 😑
techland you most likely wont see this but i wish you guys would just make the hud of dying light 2 and just change skill system to how it was back to how it was in the first game it was simple and i know i have no place in saying this as i haven't played the 2nd game yet but as a fan of the first game i want my experience with the second game to be just as good

The update is actually a nice change to the endgame, but could you please make the base damage higher on nightrunners claws and make them take less of your stamina away ?
Haven't been on this past week and neither will I this week as I'm moving house hopefully I don't miss something I'm currently lvl 8 as last time I went off I obtained the hooded night runner outfit just hoping to get the elite night runner outfit
The tyrant volatiles look really different on ps5 from the ones on the trailer like they all just plain red while in the trailer they glowing orange stripes and a little bit burned
