Incorrect, Kyle Crane isn’t the Night Hunter and confirmed that the Hunter is not a canon zombie, Techland Community Manager known as Uncy has confirmed already… including other devs The Mother explains what he’ll become by saying “maybe you’ll understand when you see it with my eyes” and that is a Sentient Volatile which is what the mother is, she has said she drank the vial herself which led her transforming into a Sentient Volatile, the scream you heard at the end of the cutscene where Crane turns into a Sentient Volatile is just a reused asset for intimidation Devs have said the Night Hunter isn’t canon and is only part of the be the zombie gamemode just for fun, nothing else And if the hunter were canon it existed before crane even arrived in Harran… imagine Crane fighting a zombie crane… That’s just dumb you know? 🤷‍♂️ so it’s very very obvious night hunters were other people Also Be The Zombie game mode came out the same day Dying Light released 2015, The Following came out a year later 2016 just in case you got confused

Want more? The Mother describes to Kyle exactly what a Sentient Volatile is, she says (in a nutshell) at day Sentient Volatiles still have their human conscience as in they remain as their human selves (the mother for example), and at night they turn feral as in volatile instincts start taking over. This is exactly what the final cutscene shows, and that is Kyle looking at his (obvious) volatile hands, and as he looks at the sun setting it goes black confirming it’s night and you hear him scream. Now the subtitles state that it’s a “volatile scream” and yeah they used the night hunters howl, but like I said, it’s a reused asset for intimidation I’m someone who has played Dying Light for 6 years and I have done my research :) if you want more, go join the offical Dying Light Discord, the devs are on there and admins have stated that he’s not the hunter because they too have asked the devs themselves, ask the Admins too, they have all the proof you need
