Super citrus opening, amber baseline...supported by tonka, incense, saffron and musk. Whilst being a bit generic it is a great smell....but its strength lies in its versatility....ANY season, ANY occasion, ANY venue....!! JL! I've tried Dylan Blue many times, but it just never grabs me. I have one blue frag I recommend and that's Patek Maison "Bleu" from their Prismé collection. Or maybe Alfred Sung Hei if that qualifies as "blue". Today was an awesome day with FA Paris After Effect, a great Initio Side Effect clone! And as I type, I have on the classic of classics, Polo (green)! Take care JL and see you on the next one!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences….yes I agree Dylan Blue is not a grabbing fragrance as there’s nothing that stands out about it….but it does a great job of being very versatile with a decent smell. As for Polo (green bottle) …one word…..‘legend’…..stay safe…. Keep pumping the sprayer and looking forward to catching you on the next review….JL

Thank you for your comments…I guess I would say that it is popular for several very good reason…its versatile, loveable, masculine and perfect for any age…and a reasonable price …, wouldn’t let it’s popularity put me off it because it’s still not as popular as Sauvage (for example)….😉

It's probably like buying a lot of the Jimmy Choo fragrances they're really good smell really great but they don't necessarily last a long time nor do they probably project really great but they're good for what they are personally I don't own Dylan Blue but I do have at least one inspired by Dylan Blue but maybe one day if I get opportunity I'll pick up a bottle although it may be a small bottle lol lol lol and thanks so very much for your reviews

Thanks for your question…CK1 shock is very similar to most of the other CK1’s…problem is that on my skin it’s gone within an hour….😞
