The original Prada Luna Rossa Sport, believe it or not, was the fragrance that sparked my fragrance collecting journey, so I'm super hyped for that new release!
Luna Rossa Sport is an underlooked gem, IMO. Long lasting and very mass appealing. Sculpture is killing it. Loving everything I got my nose on from this house so far and I'm a sucker for the plum note so Air de Lune is on my radar big time.
Joined Influenster here in the UK, have been on 5 surveys and reviews so far, one was Moncler Sunrise (a 2ml sample) another was the recent Luna Rossa Ocean Le Parfum trial which was surprisingly a 100ml full presentation to try!
@@crownedhydef I have a 200ml I got at tj Maxx, I wore it a couple times and now it's just full of dust 🤣 we like what we like though, just my opinion, enjoy it buddy
I have Influenster, have been getting vox boxes for about 2 years. I got polo red parfum, YSL myself, uomo born in Roma intense and many others before they even hit the market. I’m a very lucky person because it’s not easy to be picked to sample those products. But Influenster is the bomb!
Does that mean that this is gonna be the luna rosa sport from now on? I mean if someone wants to buy luna rosa sports he can only buy this one? Old one is going to be discontinued?
Luna Rossa is one of my favorites of all time. When I heard about the new one, I bought a backup of the old. I have never ever experienced that the fragrance houses improved anything with a new release of a fragrance. They just want to rip us off.
@@MrMelonMan96 Really? I went to a fragrance store, and they told me that the new PdM have better performance because of the higher alcohol rates. So watering down fragrances makes them better according to them. Actually, that is not the case, Carlisle is a shadow of what it was, the same with all others. Is Sedley now better after being watered down?
@@benniblanco632 oh I agree, most PDM are all shadows of what they once were. Layton, Herod, Carlisle are all watered down and way more expensive. But I’ve heard Sedley was reformulated to actually last longer but cannot confirm as never smelt the OG batch
@@MrMelonMan96 That is interesting, I will try that. Sedley is generally nice, but I am always reluctant to spend that much for a freshie, but I'll give it a shot. Thx
@@benniblanco632 yeah it’s a lot for a freshie but PDM are doing great with the freshies. Percival, Greenley, and Sedley are all fantastic and worth it if you can get on a sale or discounter
I guess they are only giving three notes to try to keep the clone companies from cloning the fragrance. Which is idiotic because they use machines to figure out the chemical breakdown on the fragrances and that’s what they use to clone them. Makes no sense. It makes no sense.
The new Luna Rossa Sport was definitely similar to Le Male, and this new one adds tobacco - which is in Le Male elixir but I assume won't nearly be as sweet. Could be an interesting sensual freshie and I love the Le Male smell so I won't complain
I had never heard of Gucci Guilty Eau Pour Homme EdT until I just found a 90 ml bottle at a discounter online for $57 (converted). It is apparently a discontinued flanker to the original Guilty EdT.
Saw on a couple of other channels that it was fake. They talked to a Chanel regional manager in Los Angeles, and they knew nothing about it. But, it could be released as a Eurpoean exclusive, just not here in the States. Personally, I'm all for a new Chanel!
@@jimmoberly308 Yes, I saw that, SoCal Scents right? Was hoping for a more definitive update. I too have my doubts about it being legit but the name superleggera has been used by chanel before and as you say this might be a European exclusive at least at first. I give this one 20% chance it's legit so far from what I have seen.
I have the Maison Alhambra Amber & Leather that I got it, and a backup bottle, for a rock bottom price. I just made it the SOTD yesterday. I oversprayed. It works well in cold weather. For the OG, they don't need to F with it. It's not going to get better sales with a flanker if it's clone still sells well. How much better can something so linear be improved?
But honestly the og ombré leather doesn’t need to be made more intense, what do people expect from a cologne these days ? I usually like to wear one a day not spray it 3 times on Sunday and have it stick around until Thursday evening .. I get massive performance for ombré leather, so much so I’ve never considered picking up the parfum
I recently ordered Luna Rossa sport. On the website it was still the old bottle, but I was sent the new one… haven’t tried the original so I can’t compare. Has anyone tried both?
@@Kyleforthe3SIKE I do like it a lot. A vanilla scent that’s appropriate for summer. What more could you want. I guess we’re gonna hear a comparison from a reviewers soon :)
luna rossa sport smells like just straight lavender and powder i hate it, this bottle looks cool though I'm hoping its better and more vanilla dominant
Why can’t Davidoff just make an actual EDP version of the OG Cool Water? The OG Cool Water still smells amazing, but the longevity its soooo bad nowadays.
I respect these videos but I will have to say CAP 🧢 on the original Luna Rossa Sport variation not being top tier lol… black to me is alright at best… I did blind tests with people and sport gets CRAZY compliments haha. Literally had women just hugging and smelling my neck but all in everyone down opinion 🙏🏽
@@letterkeys4440 that is probably the best argument one could make for tobacco, well played 😂 other then that I think of sport as light and clean . Maybe I need to start thinking dirt and sweat too 😅
