Hi Dip, if you are working in office environment, I am sure the SharePoint has been configured with certain security. Please note that SharePoint security access is very different than Dynamics 365 security and is not necessary to be in sync. However, there are tools available to replicate D365 security on SharePoint. So to answer your question, Yes you can delete the file you stored in SharePoint , if you (user) have delete permission in SharePoint, which you can confirm with your administrator.

How to sync security between CRM and Sharepoint??

The D365 security model is completely separate from the SharePoint security model. The out-of-the box integration does not provide the same level of record security in D365 and SharePoint. Once the documents are uploaded to SharePoint, it is up to the SharePoint administrators to maintain who has access to those documents. I assume from your question that you already know about this complexity :) You can check a workaround here: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/set-up-dynamics-365-online-to-use-sharepoint-online Or there are 3rd party solutions like CB Dynamics 365 to SharePoint Permissions Replicator ( I am not too aware of it). You can check it here: www.connecting-software.com/dynamics-crm-sharepoint-permissions-replicator/
