It subverts the assumption that Cao Cao is an uncaring tyrant like Luo Guanzhong wanted us to believe in the original book. It also foreshadows, along with the next scene, the downfall of the Cao dynasty and the rise of the sinster Sima Yi. Cao Cao is the best! Kudos also to Douglas Rye.
+Cao Ang He did allow Zhang Fei to kidnap and rape to his pleasure poor Xiahouji, plus he used the peasants as meat shields since Jing province to his very end. Plus had freakishly long arms and large ears. He was an abomination Plus history did show Cao Cao as a far greater ruler than Sun Quan, who was just another usurper, and Liu Bei, who was merely the face of the government lead by Zhuge Liang. @@Megumi_Bandicoot Liu Bei was the lesser of three evils? He constantly abandoned his family and turned against people at will. He allowed people like Fa Zhang to do what he wanted with the power given to him because he basically handed Liu Bei the territory that formed Shu on a silver platter. Oh and by the way, Liu Bei WAS a useless wimp. His one victory against Cao Cao was because of Huang Zhong and Fa Zheng. Before he took Yi Province, his entire military career consisted of him losing every battle he was part of, except for Chi Bi, and guess what? That victory was entirely because of Wu. He got his ass kicked over and over again by Wei, and in the one time he tried fighting Wu, he got destroyed because he was moronic enough to spread out his camps which made it easy to isolate his armies. A lot of historians have questioned the portrayal of Liu Bei as "the good guy". You're sitting here telling people not to pretend they know nothing about the three kingdoms when literally everything you just said was wrong. And I mean literally in the most exact possible way. Absolutely nothing you said there was true, including the Cao Pi part. Actually no, I take that back. There is one part you're correct about. Yeah, Liu Bei's military achievements were not Zhuge Liang's. They were Fa Zheng's.
OldSchoolECW Don’t try to pretend Liu Bei had no role in the Hanzhong campaign. He was the one who personally led the vanguard against Zhang He and defeated him, forcing Xiahou Yuan to send most of his troops to help Zhang He and undermanning his own unit. It was only thanks to Liu Bei that Huang Zhong managed to crush Xiahou Yuan so easily. Too bad the only reason Liu Bei couldn’t destroy Wei a long time ago is because he was constantly screwed by snakes like Lu Bu, Liu Cong and Sun Quan.

All Liu Bei did was camp out in the mountains at the suggestion of Fa Zheng, and when Xiahou Yuan went to fight him, Huang Zhong ambushed him. Liu Bei had absolutely nothing to do with that. In fact, before that happened, Liu Bei was repeatedly losing to Zhang He. He never beat him in battle. How the hell did those three people prevent Liu Bei from being able to beat Wei? Where do you get your facts from? Wikipedia? It would explain a lot considering how you misspelled Liu Zong's name (yes, it's Liu Zong, NOT Liu Cong). I mean, yeah Sun Quan took Jing from him, but that was only after Guan Yu stole supplies from Wu, insulted Sun Quan repeatedly and after Liu Bei got Yi under false pretenses (he prevented Sun Quan from doing the exact same thing by saying it wouldn't be the right thing to do, only to end up doing it in the end). Liu Bei had already broken the alliance long before Sun Quan did. And then Liu Bei stupidly decided to attack Wu and got beaten as a result. It wouldn't have mattered if Jing was still in his hands or not. Wu and Shu were both in an alliance after that and they still couldn't overcome Wei. So...yeah, you're full of shit.
I love how the two end up scrapping, that entire mission was a nice change of pace Xiaohu scrapping with Dian Wei, and the laters newfound relationship with Cao Cao made it enjoyable to play.
Cao Cao deserved everything the best warlord of that time the defeat of Chi Bi was a shocking victory which prolonged the war for so many years and not only that the Kingdom of Jin didn't bring peace for many years.
If that not because Zhuge Liang strategy to call the wind maybe the fire attack should not danger likes now but really he call the wind and Makes fire attack spread into the ship area and Zhou Yu say Zhunge liang is demon.what a hard battle to wei.
The best faction hands down. The best officers, the best leader and ultimately the most accomplished of the three kingdoms. Wei set the foundations for Jin to take over, without Cao Cao's efforts, the Sima Clan would never be able to rise to power. Cao Cao did all of the hard work, he started with nothing and built up what was arguably the strongest of the three kingdoms. Jin just took all of Cao Cao's hard work for themselves. Shu and Wu never stood against Wei in the Cao Cao era, they may have survived Chibi but that was only because they banded together to do it, without that unity Cao Cao would have mopped up the rest of china quickly.

Pang tong was killed by Liu Bei because he criticized Zhuge Liang, he used the peasants and lied to them for his own ambition, the difference between Cao Cao and Liu Bei is that Cao Cao is honest while Liu Bei is a lying fiend that hides behind something as delusional as benevolance. Also, Liu Bei took lands away from his own family, murdering some of them, shu was stupid in actual history but is overexaggerated in the warrior games but he's still stupid even in the games, his last battle "vengeance before benevolence." Battle at yiling, revenge at yiling just showed that he doesn't actually honor his principles, the best kingdom in the three kingdoms is wei, I would say wu if sun jian had lived, shu is the worse and helped flame the chaos, it's a representative of why China is so bad, especially compared to Japan, both Cao Cao and Nobunaga Oda were heroes of their respective nations, you just have people too deluded to see that.
Xiahou Dun's loyalty will be rewarded with heartless betrayal. Sadly this is true. Sima Family usurped the power of Wei and basically eliminate Xiahou clan.
Not true, the Xiahou and Cao clan betrrayed Sima Yi first and were incompetent at least in Dynasty Warriors which is explained in both 7 and 8. Sima Yi was closer to Cao Cao's ambition than his offspring were.
