I loved his character, not only did the VA do a great job, but he is Sima Zhao's opposite, and he realized Zhao was meant to rule and so he did everything to make him ready.

The weird thing about DW is that they always made Sima Yi sound so evil which is what I like sometimes playing as an evil character, but he doesn't sound so evil now in DW8 which is the weird thing I was talking about in both Japanese and English voices. I like the Japanese voices better though.

He does the dirty work for the Sima family so they don't have to. He's particularly guiding of Sima Zhao because he knows Wei will collapse in on itself when the Sima family rises to take power. the Cao family is Wei, it can't have another ruler. Jia Chong is known to be the first real instigator for the kingdom of Jin to spawn. He does not hide secret, he merely handles the dark side of being a ruler so that Zhao is free to be the ruler he's meant to be, all Zhao/Shi needs to do is order him.
And where the hell was Xin Xianying in all of this? If she would have gotten word of this whole ordeal, she would have come out and put a stop to it at it's very root.
You must have completed the Hypothetical condition. If you don't get the scene, then you defeated all off the enemy officers and got the end of the stage with out any of your officers dying.
He still needs -a lot- of work. However, one can't really blame the English voice actors for this series, as the dialogue and speed of their intonations is dependent on the character's mouth movements, since they were originally animated with the intent of Japanese audio.
