Thanks for putting this together. Must've taken a while. I think Guan Yinping's might be the coolest/more creative, though a lot of Wei's look good. I'm excited to see how this changes up the gameplay.
This is one of the things the game really needed and I gotta say... all the new moves look pretty good. One that caught my eye was Zhou Tai. HOLY SHIT LOL!
Doesn't anyone know a traditional Samurai game? I watched a bit from this vid. and I miss something. A samurai who weares traditional samurai armor with 2 sword like we saw in the movie called The Last Samurai for example. And I told 2 sword because as we saw in The Last Samurai for example that they use one for the sepuku and one for fight.
There's Samurai Warriors which is based on Japan. and there's a samurai with rogue clothing that wields 2 katanas named Musashi Miyamoto. He's in Samurai warriors 2, and 4.
Hi I have a question, hope you can answer me. What's the difference between dynasty warriors 8 with extreme legends and dynasty warrior: xtreme legends? I already had dynasty warriors 8, which one should I buy? Thanks a lot and awesome videos:)
Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition (DW8 with XL) is the version for PS4 and Vita, where it's both the original game and XL bundled in one package. Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends is the PS3 version, where it is just the expansion pack. If you already have DW8, I'd recommend just getting Xtreme Legends, and not Complete Edition.
Now that Guan Ping has an EX after C4, I don't feel so bad about losing Xiahou Ba. Question though, can you do that trick with the great sword after C4 (I.e. a second wave) and then follow up with his EX? Or did I dream that with Xiahou Ba?
Really? Youre okay with giant unweildable weapons, magic, jumping 3 times their height, but then you draw the line at weapon tech like gattling guns? Have you ever taken a history class?
ChrisHarford Not to mention the fact that curved swords were nonexistent around that time. Bringing up anachronisms is redundant at this point, considering how long this series has been around.
i gotta say for some characters: ling tong is more cool sima zhao is more powerful zhu rong is hotter and more powerful ma chao is a boss guan yinping wow is picking up rock now cant wait to play this game
They are using lines he recorded before his death; he doesn't talk otherwise. It's actually depressing to see him in this game since he's a lifeless husk unless they can make him relevant with the existing lines. The Japanese take voice acting very seriously, and voice actors are almost never replaced unless the actor is physically unable to continue, or if they die. I imagine they're waiting until the next game to replace him out of respect for Tsuyoshi Takishita.
tetsuo9999 Oh thank you. Yeah, I was wondering how would they do if they did a Xtreme Legend. Looks like they did the same with Chieko Honda's voice in Shin Gundam Musou. Looks like the only exception was the voice actor from Hokuto no Ken and Saint Seiya then.
