Well, there's not much to say here. Lian Shi has the weakest & Huang Gai by far the strongest Musou's overall. However all of Huang Gai's Musou's are only grabs, so mostly single target damage. Ding Feng is the one with the strongest Musou (R1), but only if you grab an enemy, if not he will not attack and just throw his bomb, which still does a lot damage.
Sometimes the second attack of Lu Su's R1 Musou doesn't hit. And I've noticed an interesting phenomenon here:
Zhou Yu's O - & Air - Musou are totally equal, same for Ling Tong's O - & R1 - Musou and for Sun Ce's O - & R1 - Musou.

omg Ding Feng R1 musou 83% damage o_O I remember lian shi circle musou was very good in dw7, now really suck, same for Lu Meng air musou, ridicolous damage in dw8 the wu kingdom have a very weak musou anyway

And i thought Dong Zhuo is the one who can do Spirit Bomb-ish move. Huang Gai with his Wrestling Musou still reigns to the top in terms of damage (under Ding Feng).

Zhu ran musou is nt used to full potential. With multiple targets around his musou can hit up to more than twice of his r1 musou and is the theoretical highest in game though really hard to perform

abc noobie also the more marks you have on the enemy, the more dmg it does (up to six times dmg of a regular musou)

I assume he does this manually and by basis of HP bar image comparisons. I think he compares it by going to an arena, go to a Rampage, and test its damage against a boosted enemy.
