Dynasty Warriors 5 had the most accurate portrayal of the actual gameplay. Just you vs a whole army and that one final commander you have to take care of in the end.

My favorite Character in this game is Xu Shu, so I was hyped when I saw him in the 7 Empires intro.

The biggest jump in graphics I think was 1-2 4-5 6-Strikeforce 7-8 Man seeing all of these openings really brought a tear to my eye nonetheless. Most especially DW2. I felt like a 7 year old again.
