Thanks. I used your video and another and they were very helpful for working on my Animal 2. I took the wheels out of the vacuum head and lost two pins as one shot across the garage never to be found and another across my work room. Any idea where I can get new pins? They are the tiny ones, and they are a larger gauge than a fat paperclip.

im glad i have a dc 14 because i don't want to know how bad it is to clean a newer dyson
