I purchased the Dyson Corrale (due to watching your video) and Blow Dryer for Christmas. Wow! I absolutely love it! My hair is super soft and my hair doesn't smell like it has been burning (the smell from using the standard flat iron). My hair has shine and it looks as if I received a relaxer. I am a 4a /4b hair type. The best part is that MY NATURAL AFRO CURLS RETURNS TO ITS NATURAL STATE when I wash it out.
Finallllllly someone doing the chase method. I’ve watched so many natural girls doing this without sectioning or chasing and then complaining it doesn’t work 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
I brought it during the 20% sale and I have used it twice. Love it. I brought the blow dryer a few months ago and love it too. I know it’s pricey but less damage was my key goal.

I purchased this straightener based on yours and one other youtuber's review. So worth it. I have very long hair and it was my first time straightening my hair by myself. I usually go to a hairdresser but couldn't this time around. I didn't find the actual device heavy at all (perhaps its because its the only one I've used?). It got my hair straight - has movement and VERY soft! I think I need more practice with it but I'm very happy with it. I also purchased the Dyson blow dryer alongside it. That thing is magic!
These are the best results I've seen from a natural on youtube... I purchased the Dyson straightener earlier this year because I wanted a tool I could use on my natural hair and I didn't want heat damage. I was happy with my results and I won't go back to a traditional flat iron. I since purchased the Dyson air wrap because I love using it to blow dry my hair... pardon my rant... Thank you for posting this video I love your final results!

That’s always been my biggest pet peeve of straighteners, I don’t like seeing pin straight dead hair. I love the movement and bounce the Dyson gives you.

Thank you for your review! I purchased the flat iron after my mom sent me your tube review of it. OMG, my hair has never felt and look so silky. This is better than any salon has ever done. Just for others knowledge. The base plug can be plugged into the flat iron if you need it to run more than 30 minutes or you forgot to charge it. I love this tool!

I haven’t straightened my hair in 2 years, trying to stay heat free but this looks like a really good straightener, definitely worth the money. I’ll look into this when I decide to straighten my hair again, love the shine it gives!

I trust anything you say because since day one I was like wow this woman has soooooo much thick and healthy hair, it looks like it did a really good job. I will let the pro's straighten my fro out since I always mess it up.
Great review!! I purchased this for my birthday back in June and I love it!!! My hair is natural and color-treated. I prefer to wear my hair straight, so this works great plus I feel as though my hair is healthier than if I were using another iron. It is expensive but it is worth it. Maybe I missed it but what temperature did you use? I typically alternate between 365 and 335(I think that’s the lowest temp setting), and I can usually go with one pass. Once again, great review and I’m happy to have discovered your channel!!

Wow this is super helpful. I am on the hunt for a new straightener, and have been REsearching. I mean RE- to the RE- to the REsearch. As in I have never bothered with this hair type stuff or porosity stuff but have been so deep in the research so I can enter specific key words. Anyway. I thought I had narrowed it down to GHD, but was thrown off by learning that it was ceramic coated, not solid. Dyson wasn’t on my radar since I thought the plates were made of metal and would most certainly ruin my hair. But you and this review!!! I watched your review of T3 (another top contender on my list after researching), and I was so taken by your honesty and how you come off as someone who is very much trustworthy. Now I’m over here feeling like maybe all my research can end. It has been exhausting considering all the options. You talking about your extended experience with this is SOOOOO helpful. I will add this as my top option and continue to hit those books to confirm that slot at the top! $500 is no joke.
Ok I’m back. After mooooore research, it sounds like many are saying their dyson corrales are experiencing an issue where their corrale won’t hold a charge when cordless, and in some cases, won’t work even plugged in. I think it’s been a year since posting this video… have you experienced any issues like this? I’m so nervous to commit and invest but then have to go through this search journey again in a couple years. When I invest, I invest! Me and my future straightener better be best friends for a loooong time.
Hi! I’m glad my review was helpful. Thanks for watching! I haven’t experienced any mechanical issues with the Dyson. I’ve had it for 3yrs now. It still holds a charge and charges when I place it in the base between passes. It’s very convenient and I have flat ironed my hair in the car on multiple occasions. With that said if, you are still on the fence and seeking another option, the other flat iron I love is the Paul Mitchell Neuro. I’ve had mine for years before the Dyson and still use it when I forget to charge the Dyson. The investment into the Dyson has been worth it for me but I understand not everyone’s experience will be the same. I suggest buying it from Nordstrom because they have a very generous return policy. If you use it for 3 months and don’t love it, they’ll take it back and give a full refund. Hope this helps!
Thank you for this review. After a year of no relaxers, it's almost time to start flat ironing weekly. Plus, my daughter wants hers to be flat ironed a lot now. I was looking for something to keep healthy hair. We will try all the hair products you mentioned here and get this (when on sale 🙂). I went from really long hair to short hair due to hormone issues. It has a base that you rest it in. The base charges it at the same time which can elongate performance time well into an hour. Hope this helps🖤 I should’ve mentioned that in the video☺️
