This is not always the problem , with mine all the little compartments inside the hoover get blocked up with dust so what they do is clog the filter up quite fast ,and gives you the error , I have to take the hoover completely apart and you will be amazed how much of the hoover ends up with compacted dust inside these little parts , as soon as you clear them it is like a new hoover until they start getting clogged up again
@@TheVacuumDoc If we plot the commonality of the problem against the exorbitant price of the product, I still think it's bad design. Much cheaper (and I really do mean MUCH cheaper - like a fraction of the price) alternatives do not have this problem. Yesterday I encountered this problem by a friend and when I opened up her Dyson, I was appalled by the poor quality of the components. She paid around € 750 for a vacuum cleaner consisting of a small battery, a small (and not particularly strong) motor and a badly designed dust release system made out of cheap plastic. I would be very surprised if the base cost is higher than € 20.
