E-bike Accessories- Thoughts on the Cheapest Hitch Platform style Hyper Tough Bike rack from Walmart 

The foam grips have lasted over 2 years on mine, but they do leave a residue on my white painted ebike. I recommend using a foam pool noodle or tying a hankerchief to the foam grips to prevent marring your bike's paint job.

I own a Hollywood rack, a near identical clone of your hitch rack, had it for about 10 years, also cost under $100 back then, and while it has some rust spots, it's held up just fine. I always consider replacing it with a better version, whenever it breaks down, but I've probably said that every year for the past 10 years. Even with the small annoyances (doesn't fold up & have to lift the bike over the center bar to mount the inner bike), they aren't big enough to justify a replacement.

The Hyper Tough is $89 now, but they also sell a similar one called Fultyme that is rated at 200lbs and it's $120 - worth it!

I bought one of those for my Haibike commuter e-bike which weighs about 65lbs. I also carry a Giant mountain bike that weighs about 15lbs, all within the max 80 lb capacity. I've owned the bike rack for about 2 years and it's had probably 3,000 highway miles on it. I take off the rack when I'm not using it so it has very little sun or weather exposure. After about a year or so, the bike rack started to sag leaning away from the car. I tried to mitigate that by putting the ebike in the rack closest to the car, but it's still noticably sagging. Then one day, one of the bolts came loose, I look back in my rear view mirror and no longer see my bike. Fortunately, I had just made a right turn and was driving 5-10 mph when the bike rack failed and my bike started scraping the road and I was able to pull over immediately. Needless to say, after doing a bit more research, I ended up buying a Kuat rack that feels substantially stronger and better built. YMMV, but that's my experience.

Spray wd40 into the tray slider adjustment screws regularly. Mine have siezed from rust after 2 years on the car.

Seems like I found the right rack for my sub $200 bike! But this wouldn't be my pick if I had an ebike 😜
