If my memory don't serve me well, but didn't Kastro specifically said he wasn't necessarily feelin' the direction Outlawz was going at the time, plus the buzz/energy wasn't there anymore once Pac & Yak died.. And that he felt they could've done more than just continue as a rap group that was NO MORE anyway, so I don't blame him walking away. I would too.. Once Pac died, that whole Outlaw shit was dead bro.

If you go on the internet and listen to Castro last interviews he didn't want to be with the Outlaws anymore because every time they either got interviewed or they were performing songs they were Tupac songs he got tired pushing Tupac's name which is his family but not doing their own thing
