How much extra charges do you take for this manicure? I mean gel polish with repairing work n overlay.

I wouldn't charge extra because you still need to clean the nail for your products to last and its a quicker way than just using a cuticle pusher. You can just up your prices overall as low prices attract only irregulars and bargain hunters.
