The Emu B3 is the best sounding B3 I've heard bar none! Despite the way it worked with faked sampled Leslie it worked really well. Wish E-mu could make a return....their engineers were very skilled indeed.
Andrej Ivanovic Well I have never heard/played one in the flesh so I can't say with such certainty. But it does sound as good as the ORGAN section on my Nord Stage Classic 88.
@@Darth321111 Agree - the Leslie effect is very poor. Anyone who has played the real thing can instantly tell that this fake Leslie effect is a very poor imitation.
I have a EMU B3 and I dont use the Leslie mod wheel. I found the answer to the Leslie problem on these. Neo Ventilator 2 or the1. I have Vent 2by Neo. There problem solved.. now my emu b3 sounds like a real B3. Got yall beat. I also use a Korg N1 as my controller for the weighted feel....
Great, beautiful playing my man !...very tasty :) Was comparing modules for that Hammond sound and while listening to your video I pulled the trigger on one I found for sale on Reverb. The new modules like the Ferrofish and Voce sound harsh to me compared to this one that sounds more analog, warmer and sweeter, closer to the real Hammond. Thank you for posting !!! :D Arigato !
monsterjazzlicks Not you, but there are people capable of doing that. There are many people who do it all the time. In fact, people can transcribe their own solos as a teaching mechanism. Transcribing and studying the transcriptions of others is how Jazz musicians study their craft. It goes a bit beyond knowing about I-vi-ii-V progressions. Sometimes, it's the actual notes that matter. If you don't want to respond, no one's forcing you to.

monsterjazzlicks Well maybe someone else can transcribe it instead. I didn't really ask you to do it. You thought telling me it's a I-vi-ii-V progression should be all I'd ever need and it wasn't. I really don't know why you feel the need to attack me for saying I'd like a transcription. It's a strange response to oversimplify it, then get offended when I point out that I actually wanted a transcription, when I asked for a transcription. Thumbing up your own comment is just the icing on the cake. I hope you and your ego will be very happy together.
