Thank you for the thorough instruction! Couple of questions: What is the best cast on for socks in the round, and do I have to do 4 rows foundation before I go into ribbing?
Hi, I'm New to this, I bought a second hand Brother KH260, I am learning a lot from you, so thank you, I was wondering Will any Brother punch card work on mine as there were none included. many thanks
Hi Love your videos, can you please advise? I bought the knitleader and I woul love to make an off shoulder top but I don’t know how to create the shape from it , I’m in uk and I’m just restart with my brother 965 I I would like to be able to see some videos about creating pattern Thanks
Ok mine doesnt use combs it has skates. But they dont work so great. Also this is not possible on my machine because my carriage dowsnt bring needles from out of work to working like yours seems to. I have to open every needle lay the thread on the latches and the latch resting on the e and then pass over.
I can't believe it's ok not to do a slip knot or something on the first one! My knots tend to not knit off properly and remain on the shaft. So... are people just putting this risky slip knot in other tutorials simply to make it stay put while they wrap the others? Wow... thanks!
I dont use any slip knots at all. Unless you could call the last stitch in cast of a slip knot but more like a slip stitch. I just put a peg on the string thats dangling down. Holds it fine.
Knitting School, I hope you can help me. I am looking for a replacement for the “shiny metal” part of the carriage the attaches out in front of the carriage. We have an SK - 155. Thanks for any help you can provide.
I just get a large loop at either the first row or sometimes the second not the first. Not ideal! Can’t see what I am doing differently to your video so not sure why my result is different
Really? That is exactly the same way everyone in my machine knitting club does it, and we don't have any problem with it, so may I ask you how you do it?
