I don't have any good ATK boots. Sorry I cannot showcase the highest E0S1 Acheron damage potential, at least for now.
Currently my Acheron has around 3.4k attack and a bit more than 134 speed.

Acheron's LC
-Just hope they release 4* LC that buffs crit.
-Otherwise this will be similar to Staff of Homa for Hu Tao. The damage difference between her best 4* alternative (S5 Good Night Sleep Well) is quite high, around 20%, because her base kit already have quite a lot of Damage Bonus.
-Try pulling her LC, because GNSW is on rate up.
-Either way 80% of Acheron's damage is till quite high you shouldn't worry about it.

Acheron's Overall DPS
-Best lightning DPS. You can potentially Ult twice per turn, and use skill once or twice. Her Ult does damage to random enemies, therefore it will be quite high when only 1 enemy is left, similar to Lightning Lord.
-I cannot experiment on Jing Yuan vs Acheron because I don't have Sparkle. They might do similar damage at E0S1, however Acheron can sometimes Ult twice in one cycle. When she does her damage will easily beat any DPS.
-Acheron's team at E0 is quite restrictive because you only have Pela and SW as your Nihility options. BS+Kafka is good but they don't really buff Acheron, while Guinaifen is kinda cope.
-Her team will be better in the future when they release better Nihility characters and/or more suitable sustains. Currently available sustains only debuff with their Ult if not using specific lightcones.
I can only wish her future teammates are hot women, or hot men given for free just like Dr. Ratio.

Acheron's Relics
-I think the new relic is her BiS due to how much crit stats it gives.
-Her build has such a high ceiling because you need as much crit as possible. While Jingliu gives 50% crit chance, Acheron gets a ton of DMG bonus, making ATK% Orb slightly better.
-As usual, when comparing ATK% vs DMG% orbs, use the one with better substats, preferably 3 substats higher (including ATK%)
-The best Planar Ornaments is probably the Izumo set because it buffs all of her kit (before E6). If you don't have good pieces, you can use Inert Salsotto with ATK% Orb. IMO at E6 Inert Salsotto is a better investment because other characters can use it. Though if you want to max her damage go Izumo and get lots of CRIT DMG substats.
-You need as close to 100% CRIT because Acheron's Ult has multiple hits and less crits means less damage. It's not like Seele where you can just rely on the Retry button. Sweet spot is 85% CRIT after buffs. Currently I can reach 80% counting her relic's 4-pc bonus. E1 is super strong in this regard because you can opt for CRIT DMG Body piece.
Because Acheron relies on her Ult to do damage, ATK boots are better as long as her teammates can debuff consistently. Who knows maybe one day HYV will release a nihility character who can buff speed.
-If you are using a sustain character, the fastest way to gain stacks is using the "Trend of the Universal Market" LC. However it only works when you apply burn to the enemy, meaning the subsequent turns might be slower especially if you are facing tanky enemies. So imo the LC is only worth considering for min-cycling, or when you have enough DPS to defeat enemies within 1 cycle (such as Pure Fiction). For example, I'd rather use Fu Xuan's signature LC in MoC instead.
-If you use Bronya or Sparkle ATK boots are obviously better. If you want to get E2 in the future, better farm good ATK boots.
-With 2 Nihility + 1 Sustain, SPD boots allow for more Ults overall, which means you don't lose out on too much damage.

Eidolons
-As I mentioned above, E1 is very good and you can even stop at E1 ASSUMING YOU HAVE THE CORRECT RELIC SUBSTATS TO NOT OVERCRIT (can reach 60/200 through traces and relic substats alone). WHEN IN DOUBT JUST PULL DURING RERUNS BECAUSE E0S1 IS STRONG ENOUGH.
-E2 is the Raiden Shogun C2. Damage increase is multiplied to your final damage, unlike the scam that is Ignore Defense in Genshin Impact. Plus you can now use Sparkle or Bronya to beat Sam harder.
-E3 is cool
-E4 is another stopping point. You can gain 1 stack every time enemies spawn (not sure about this).
-E5 bad unless you get E6
-E6 means you are a smart and rich person, probably good-looking. Please get me E6 Acheron as well. This E6 is basically ignoring the game's mechanics. Your Acheron will resist powercreep for the next 2 years, before they release Summer Acheron Alter.
