Our 1970 Mustang Mach 1 is still experiencing hesitation. The old fuel pump could be an issue and making it struggle to deliver fuel efficiently,
so we decided to change it, we plugged the fuel line when we changed the pump to stop the fuel gravity bleeding.
Inside the carburetor, the venturi assembly plays a crucial role in fuel atomization, and any blockages or malfunction in the venturi or carburetor jets can further restrict fuel flow. and we just dont like the look of this one leaning to the side, on top of all that the clogged fuel filter could exacerbate these problems not sure we can drive through enough gas to clean up the fuel ....... would hate to have to take out the gas tank! .
