You guys truly are legends so I know you may not need advice but I always set a vibrate alarm on my phone for the end of legal light. In MD it’s 1/2 hour after official sunset. I do not climb out of my stand until I feel that alarm go off in my pocket. It eliminates any doubt in your mind whether or not you’re in legal light. Last year I killed a deer with about 30 seconds left of legal light and had I not set the alarm I would have probably climbed out prior to harvesting the deer. Great series and great videos! Appreciate all you guys do for the hunting community

I know the feeling. Had my first elk in the crosshairs with only a couple minutes left of legal light. I just couldn't quite make out out my 300 yd. hash on the shoulder so I passed. That's a tough call, but the right one.

"can you see?" "Can u see ok"? At what point does a man put hunting in front of being a producer? I wouldn't say that if he drew and let down in the moment and said "i cant settle the pin" or anything else. I like the shot as well as the next guy, but, as a viewer and regular outdoorsman, to have that deer in range, and worry about the camera, afterwards he had zero nerves or excitement. Sad to see no passion in that moment as a public land hunter . Cool buck though.
