E22 Eats/Plays with a Fish on the Ground 

❤ yeah so glad E22 Found it. Now IF WE COULD JUST SEE E21 someplace close by

This is The Best! E22 is just Precious! He is finally getting some much needed food, and to see him hoping around with it in his talons like his Dad is absolutely Priceless! He has come So far from the timid, smaller eaglet that was getting “bonked” by E21 daily just trying to survive and some days only getting few leftovers. But look at him now! A Warrior just like his Dad and the Strength of his mother Harriet! She would be So Proud of him! ❤️🦅❤️

I'm so happy to know that E22 is ok. Hoping the best for E21. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

What a year started with promise a weather disaster the amazing teamwork in rebuilding, eggs hatching, bonking Grey fluffballs .Heartache and sadness, Never forget the name Harriet. The pesky Hooter and to the air to be continued. I have enjoyed this nest and these birds for years and years Thank You to all that make this possible.

It's wonderful to know and to see that E22 is finally eating. He's doing fine, we worry to much because we love our E's so much and want the best situations for them, actually, moreso since Harriet isn't here to help raise them. In life, we are going to be placed in uncomfortable situations in order to create learning moments that are meant to build us up to ensure strength and decision making skills or reasoning, it's no different for the creatures that we love. We have to learn how to relax and allow our babies to grow and expect difficulty as they thrive through life.

What a wonderful place for eaglets to train.

He was so cute checking out the leaf and spending a little time looking at the pond. That area looked so relaxing and probably it reminded him of the safety of his nest.

This is so awesome that E22 is eating.🥰👍🏻🦅❤️ It makes me feel a little better now too. I was concerned at one point where the fish was stuck on his talon and he was trying to get it off and I think he finally did and ate some more. I’m glad that he is home but I’m quite concerned that he won’t go to the nest which I can understand his fear of going there after being knocked off the attic twice and ended up down on the basement limb and I’m so sure he was terrified too. I also understand why he didn’t fly up to the nest when dad brought food to him and that was also fear. Dad is most definitely a definite Hero for sure cause he has been trying to get his E22 to eat and it does look like as long as dad has food on the ground for 22 then 22 will go to it and eat it. I told my mom that this dad Magnificent15 is so very intelligent that I wish I could hug him so much and maybe give him a kiss too but I do know that is just never possible but, Magnificent15 will always be in my heart along with these two E’s too and I’ll always wonder how E21&E22 are in the coming future. I don’t have too much of a prey cause they have great family stock for sure. Thank you South Florida for this awesome video. These two and dad are just so absolutely amazing. @11:32:40 he has sensory overload. Noises sound very different on the ground than from a tree. Edit: you can also see the shadow of M15 sitting on the branch watching over him. 😊 He isn't playing with the fish. He is learning to carry the fish. We saw E21 doing it in the nest. E22 never did but he is practicing different techniques, carrying with the mouth and talons

Here, in PA it seams I see them daily. But rarely get to watch a nest. This is such a good thing to see. I hope next year we see the same. Rarely does the 2nd one make it! So that's fantastic.

I tell you, as aggravated or disturbed as some of us have been with E21 bonking, and bullying it’s younger sibling, I sure was rooting for her success just as much. Praying she is near by being her bad ass self and would love nothing more than to see her join her lil bro fighting over some fish. I don’t blame neither of them, they wanted out of that nasty ole nest before it too collapsed. Dad kept them alive against all odds of rogue birds and owls but no time for “nestorations!l😂😢😂😢

He didn’t seem starving so perhaps he has eaten in the last 2 days.

Watching E22 had its equal share of delight and anxiety, but little one is learning fast! When I saw the eaglet join dad by the pond, I started wondering whether E22 is a female :)

So glad E2 is doing well, but am worried about E21. Has there ever been a case wher e an Eagle Fledges then takes off on it's own so fast?

If E22 is still so dependent on Dad, then I wonder how E21 is managing without knowing how to hunt. I know some of the skills they need to know are instinctive, but I don’t see her being that advanced since she was only days older? Does anyone have any knowledge of what life is like for fledglings who stray further from the home nest? I know they scavenge but even that brings a risk!

Just heard on the local news - an injured adult eagle was found near Naples/Ft Myers area. It looked like it was still feisty. Unfortunately it had to be put down.😢 Is this our Harriet? Vickie is there any way to check? My heart stopped when I saw it in the carrier. Is this the closure we are looking for?

Can anyone tell me if anyone on the farm has looked for E21? Does anyone know if M is feeding her off camera? I can’t imagine we wouldn’t have seing her by now, or at least heard her? Any info if this is normal? Please!!! Thank you!
