Big woop, right? Not only are devs 99% guaranteed to not target 120fps, the majority of players will be playing on a TV, which can only output half of that. TV's aren't even made with that kind of refresh rate.

And I agree, this past E3 was really underwhelming. Most of what we got, was cinematic trailers and subscription services announcements.
