Thanks for your videos sir ! I really enjoy watching you and Lex as well. I worked in apartment maintenance for over four years before I couldn't take the yelling from my PM anymore. I miss working in maintenance because I could learn new things and hone my skills. I can't do it anymore because I've developed a walking and balance disability. I was a turn tech and I really enjoyed being just left alone to do my own thing in peace.

Unplug your washer for a few minutes and plug it back in it will reset and unlock. Mine is a newer front load whirlpool washer and I was getting error code along with door not unlocking and it unlocked after unplugging for about three minutes and plugging back in

Sometimes this works sometimes it doesn’t. The old switch is still locked to this day

We replaced the lock but still nit working. What else could it be?

If you replaced the lock and checked that all connections are good - you can try and call whirlpool for assistance or an appliance technician

The tech guy was an idiot, all you have to do is switch off your fuse box that controls the washer and removes the code. Those guys break your stuff to charge you for a new one
