I think you're in the south now, there are a lot of nice southern dishes to try in the current state your in: Mysore Masala Dosa Mysore Pak Korri Gassi Kane Rava Fry Bisi Bele Bath Maddur Vada Coorg Pandi Curry (prk curry, really good) Dahi Bada Mangalorean Bhende Puli Koddel Neer Dosa (you have to eat it with something) Kundapura Koli Saaru Allugedda (I think you had this in one of the vids) Mangalorean Biryani Gojju Chigli Chutney Chow Chow Bhath Sungta Song Kalees Ankiti (meat dish, contains innards and organs of the animal) Kismuri Allugedde Lamb Blood Fry (not sure, they say its good) Ennegayi Jolada Rotti Chiroti Saagu (veg curry, goes with dosa or chapati or poori)
