My earholes were satisfied! BTW I hate BMW saddle tanks, they still have this issue even on newer BMWs. Pretty much have to keep half a tank or you get fuel cut.
Hahaha! GOOD! Yup, after this session, filled it up to 3/4 tank and around half it started doing it AGAIN! The e46 my buddy has must have the baffle installed because it doesn’t have this problem. I had an M2C and it was very close to empty and never went into limp mode at the track. Just Bimmer things I guess haha
NC; hands down. Far more reliable, much cheaper to mod, much cheaper on consumables too. The e46 will need you to drop the subframe and weld in reinforcement plates to prevent the rear from ripping out of the chassis also, any M5x motor will need you to weld or tie down the oil pump nut. If you don’t do that the oil pump nut will vibrate out and boom, but motor!
