You know you're really on the fence about shooting one when you say " I'm not going to shoot him. I hope he doesn't walk over here though..." 😂

Was quartered perfect. Terrible shot your lucky you found that deer. I understand the fever we have all had it but you only missed the 12 ring by 2ft

What do you mean terrible shot? They watched him drop within 75 yards

@@MidwestWhitetails Look at the shot placement 11:44. Veryyyy close to hit organs that'd spoil the meat

Exactly he even says the shot was a little back which is an understatement being he almost shit him in the Ham🦌 but I get nervous shooting them to so can’t get mad but it’s all about getting better

That last buck was what we call 'Timber buck '. Farmers plant their corn as close as they can , and a buck that wide doesn't spend much time in corn , especially in velvet when the antlers are sensitive. These boys like to bed on fence rows in the middle of the feild on a slight knoll .We jump them up pheasant hunting and watch the big ol hind quarters wobbly out of sight , you never forget seeing a buck pushing 400 lbs on the hoof !

Wow, great episode! Incredible mid October action. The look on Jason's face after he shot the wide buck he'd never seen before...priceless. That's a very relatable feeling, not that I've shot a buck that big here in PA, but that Christmas morning feeling of utter surprise. I'm loving this season so far and getting stoked for the PA opener just over a month away! Keep up the great work.

Good job Jason. Way to show guys if you put in that hard work like the concrete you helped with you can be rewarded handsomely. I love all the episodes y’all put out and I’m probably going to steal some of y’all’s awesome editing skills. I’m always looking for new ways to improve my channel and I consider yours to be top notch. 👊💪

great video, but it's funny hearing people say "Urban Buck" being from Long Island, when he was shot on a 30 acre farm over a corn field!

I really don't understand why so many people chase after big bucks, they taste like shit.. I'ma shoot a smaller one, I actually like to eat good venison. I've shot two 5+ year old bucks and if I do it again I'll be donating that nasty ass meat. Fawns taste the best tho😌🤷🏻

When I first saw Grant's shot placement I was like come on man. But then you really start thinking about the situation...Grant is ALWAYS behind the camera (not shooting bucks), deer was quartering so he knows he needs to aim back a touch, FIRST Iowa buck (a touch of buck fever...lol)........and you realize how great of a job he did. Congrats Grant.

And 25 3/8" insides? Holy crap. I used to date an old gal who was that wide and MAN that was fun!
