Greg Souders is the head coach of Standard Jiu Jitsu and one of the leading advocates for using ecological dynamics and a constraints lead approach to Jiu Jitsu training. With him today is returning guest and one of his students, Noah Shaffner. After teaching a coaching clinic at 10th Planet Springfield, Greg and Noah sit down to record a pod that touches on a host of topics from Greg's many podcast appearances to us appealing to LMNT to give Noah a sponsorship. This was a great conversation, and maybe a side of Greg that not everyone gets to see!

@@vik7368 I don't remember lol. It was a podcast where the guy kept saying "but tainan is good at long step and he said he's developed it with drills"

Can we have the invite to the discord that was mentioned in the first part of the interview?

In the very last portion of this interview you were talking about a contentious podcast with Greg and Matt (?) - just wondering what that podcast was? Would love to listen to it. Also, Greg mentioned Scott Sievewright early on, I have recently done a podcast with him on my channel dedicated to ED/CLA journey, I've also done some other interesting interviews, I'd love for you guys to check it out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nrE2JdNwYuo.htmlsi=T-COFyPw4aN_Qi1V
