Join hosts Pat and Mpumi as they sit down with Group CEO of the Brave Group and co-founder of Bridge Labs, Musa Kalenga. Musa shares his story as a published author, technologist, strategic marketer, speaker, and entrepreneur. He discusses what has been bothering him is the agency (marketing/advertising) industry. He also talks about the mistake agencies make in turning services into servants and his wish to change that industry, and he explains the shared value and how it can be implemented. Musa mentions how, if one is true to themselves, they are able to stick to the plan. He closes off the interview by announcing the new AI technology that is about to launch.

I like Musa's take on the agency/client relationship - taking what is supposed to be a service and making it a "servant" relationship. It's an issue that persists and for which a solution is needed!

I love the show - Really I do. I, however find that we need to sharpen our interview skills because we are not extracting the maximum amount of insight from our guest. We are also not getting thoughts on current brand or marketing trends in the industry - Predictions, advice. Please we need to get this podcast to that level because the the potential here is incredible.

POB is such an informative podcast and guests are so inspiring. As someone from corporate who wants to transition to a marketing agency- how can I get my foot in? Some of the agencies don't advertise opportunities in their platforms.
