Hey Matt, the reason the Li Ion battery has a much lower capacity (Ah) in the automotive application is because the usable state of charge (SOC) window is 90-95%. That is to say it maintains a voltage capable of cranking an engine from 100% all the way down to 10% SOC, broadly speaking. This means your 60Ah Li Ion battery has ~54Ah of usable capacity. A typical lead acid, be it flooded or AGM battery, has a usable SOC window of ~50% due to it's voltage to SOC relationship. This means below 50% SOC it's unable to crank the engine, so your 120Ah lead acid battery has a usable capacity of 60Ah, for example. This is the simplistic reason why Li Ion batteries are much smaller in headline capacity, as you simply don't need more to achieve what the manufacturer determined was an acceptable capacity (although battery sizing is in reality usually governed by cold crank requirements in very negative temperatures). Wow, suspension work on all of these almost brand new cars is so much easier than the things we encounter on our janky, rusty E-series with 100 or 200+K miles :) That said, my E90 330i with 200K miles still looks brand new..

The lithium batteries have the same power, but less capacity. That is to say, they aren't able to do as much work before the battery drops below 10.5 volts. For cars like yours in balmy FL, no problem. But for my diesel E70 up here in the cold white north...needing to run glow plugs and such...it won't cut it.

Had the carbon ceramic brakes but had to switched them to the steel version the squeaking for the first couple of miles is what bothered especially driving or even moving around the cars in early am...and the ohlins are really a good addition, i opted for the road and track and love them ( i switched to the Swift springs). the DFV design is really very good especially late breaking on corners and imho better than the KW's ( i still love and use KW's on my other cars). Good install.

Amp hours is the capacity of the battery not the "power". Lower amp hour means it will go flat sooner in between charges. You were thinking cranking amps.

Buy a bunch of extra rubber zerk covers/caps to plug disconnected brake lines.

Do you not have to worry about the abs module or the master cylinder when you completely drain the brake fluid, or does the power bleeder take care of everything?

Sorry Matt! I have full coffee bar my house. I ground my own coffee beans at home. Most people have never had fresh coffee. The US was engorged junk coffee highly processed. It’s just junk. This is why most people dump sugar and loads of cream to make it taste good. That’s not needed for real coffee. You want blue mountain Jamaican coffee beans. They are about $100 for 16 ounces but it’s best coffee you will have. Coffee can be healthy for you when it’s made fresh and your beans are harvested Correctly. You don’t want Starbucks or any of that kind of coffee.
