The 1,000 Mile E92 M3 is Perfection! 

I am not an M3 guy necessarily but the passion to make any car the best representation of itself is really cool. Thanks for sharing this.

I just love the simplistic single hump E92s. I had an Alpine White '09 M3 6-speed with Leather, EDC, 19s and Carbon Leather trim. I had it for four years and sold it to chase other things. It was mint when I sold it - not a single chip as I controlled the environment where it was enjoyed and used 'painter's tape' in high probability areas. Total OCD and it never saw rain. That was part of the enjoyment in a weird way. Watching the videos for the two blue E92s here reminds me of the mistake it was to sell it. I hated that it was white - I don't really like metallic paint and that was the only option that was non-metallic. Metallic paint is pretty, but problematic to touch up more than non-metallic. Ideally, I would have special ordered an '11+ 6-speed ZCP in Hellrot and still have it, with the ability of hindsight. I do still own an Electric Red/Black '03 330i ZSP 6-speed slick top that I have had since new.

As a former E92 owner (rip at the track) I love your build! Couple things if you’re curious. 1. Skip the subframe and diff bushings if you’re never going to track, it’s pointless on street. 2. Heat wrap/shield your exhaust by the diff. Probably best for half shaft seal longevity 3. GO FULL SPL arms!!! If you’re gonna keep this out of rain and dry ice regularly they’ll last forever. They make ZERO noise, and literally transform the suspension. Plus if a bearing goes on an arm, you just have to replace the bearing which isn’t much. Love the build, it’s all dream parts! Hope to see some miles on it :)

IND has billet black rear trailing arms that are beefy. The BMW trailing arms have lightening holes, so the arm collapses in a rear end collision to avoid puncturing the fuel tank. Pedal Haus makes very nice billet pedals along with a heel plate. Get the M-Flight Edition in silver or black.

I'd change the final drive to a 4.44 over a stroker, made a massive difference to my E92 and totally wakes the car up. So much more involvement and the gearing is a lot more useable instead of the stock gear that's setup to do 200mph 😂

Auto solutions short shifter and the ultimate clutch is my fav mods on my e92.. Totally transformed the driving experience! I preach it to every manual e9x driver I meet lol 😆

@Obsessed Garage I've been laid up and found your Milwaukee box opening shows from 2 years ago. They just came out w/ a 1800W generator that I've been waiting for and I came across a few items I thought you might like. I'll give you the numbers below if you want to check them out.
