Thanks mate. I have 4 different fixed positions on a plugin for OBS which you can set to move around the screen, I've got it programed into my Stream Deck.
Hi there Nick. I don't play on Pro so I don't actually know if it's because you have no different shot types unlocked or not. I wouldn't have thought so as pro difficulty should allow you to power boost and spin boost right out the gate. When I started dropping in to some of the pro tourneys I'd already put a lot of points into levelling my character.
Leveling up your control on driving, approach, and short game will give the ability to spin. And the spin gets more effective the more you level each one up.
Yeah, I kinda stopped playing to be honest..Online isn't much fun and the career started to get so grindy all the time needing to keep playing dalies to get the coin.
There are supposed to be two free daily tournaments? I only can see one. And how are you supposed to get into the higher ranks? I see people shoot -6 to -8 on like 4 hole tournaments. Low ranked places only get like what, 150 coins or so? You need 15,000 to 18,000 for the better upgrades. That "progression" sounds awful.
I enjoy the game, but is a bit Grundy for sure. I played the Taylor Made challenges. I was given a balanced + hybrid, but I did not have a hybrid equipped, so I couldn’t equip it. Then, I went and changed a couple irons to hybrid, but the special hybrid is not offed just the generic one. Any thoughts???
@TonyTurbo78 yeah i did that. I opened the box. I couldn't equip it because i did not have a hybrid in my bag. So, i changed my 3 and 4 to hybrid but i still did not see the club anywhere???
I can't remember if I did or not, but if you heard it I guess I did :). Honestly, I'm having a lot of fun in the career, levelling, grinding out the challenges, doing the daily and weekly tournies. Yes the game is far from perfect, it has many flaws (terrible inacurate green grids, wonky ball roll phsyics when putting, no practice range, poor online multiplayer options, annoying unessary amount of loading screens and transitions from hole to hole, poor club and ball sfx etc etc) but it's still a fun game here, and a brilliant golf game under there somewhere. If things get patched and improved then the game has really good potential.
@@TonyTurbo78 That's the problem isn't it if it gets fixed we know what EA did with Rory My biggest issue is with the random mechanic how can you feel reward when it's the game that decides where you land it's not skill based which in a video game will drive gamers mad
@@golfboy7438 agree with this comment too. I’m a fan of the random Landing circle but if you hit perfect tempo it should go middle circle. Then for every .1% you miss, whether that’s a slow or a fast, it should go a set amount left or right. Miss the tempo by .2% it should go a little further left or right, .3% a bit further again and so on. Having it completely random in that whole circle no matter what shot you pull off is not something I agree with, at all.
@@golfboy7438 yup totally agree with that. I’m pretty consistent with a controller but I reckon I’ve had no more than 4 perfect/perfect shots since Tuesday and I been playing like 5 or 6 hours a day.
