Whenever I go on it it just says my game is damaged but I got it with ea play and whenever I press retry it fails

I have the issue of it saying it says you already have profile made

It works you have to completely back out of the game and then do it

Orrr…when your Xbox profile pops up, instead of pressing that - go to the option under it…I believe it says “sign in another profile”, or “add a different profile”…something like that. Anyways click that and just type your profile in. That works too. Peace

As of 11:08 p.m. 03/19/24 i Tried playing legacy mode on my xbox series x, kept giving the lead profile error. This fortunately helped me out still!
