Why do military pilots seem to fly an oval pattern, but the civilian pilots fly a square pattern? I am a civilian Ercoupe operator and I know that many military pilots would not be comfortable letting me sit with them much less call me a fellow pilot. I, like Ricky Gervais, do not care.
