Hey Dan. I would also mention 505(b)(2) studies. Not quite a phase II yet, in bet a phase I and a phase II, where the ingredients in the IP are a bit modified. Q for Dan: What do you think about sites, where 95% of what they do is drugs, sometimes recreational with no therapeutic usages, sometimes with a therapeutic use. Most of it is cannabis, nicotine cocaine, etc etc. IP admin in GI cardiology, neurology etc are rarely tested on these sites. Why? How do sponsors select these sites, and how come these sites DO NOT attract sponsors that test most of the regular meds? (I have examples of such sites, I can message you in private if you need names.) Thank youuu!
