He has to make that a part of his game, and the coaching staff needs to keep scheming up those runs. He will never be lamar jackson, but he can also throw from the pocket a lot. Better. If he doesnt Jameis Winston his career and actually gets better with the turnovers, they are super bowl contenders in a couple years, or even next year with barkley back. Not a Giants fan, but really like the team, the coach, and hope Jones blossoms

Gallman can be a main starter on most teams. Glad to see he's taking advantage of the Barkley absence. This is something the Giants haven't had in quite a few years - a solid running game (and holy God a QB who can run?) Great team effort today.

daniel jones has about Three years before he gets serious injured running the ball.

They are a good corner, good pass rusher and one more playmaking receiver away from being dangerous. I'm just enjoying them working hard and playing better football.

Those are the players I remember in my lifetime. Those 80s teams and the recent championships teams had very good defenses. Saquon to me was a wasted pick but overall I like the job Gettleman has done. In droobacks opposing quarterbacks are too comfortable back there. I hope Gettleman finally addresses this problem and drafts some pass rushers.

But the Eagles defense was starting to pick up on it in the second half.

it hardly seems right that one team from that dreadful division will be in the playoffs. meanwhile a team that is way better than any one of these nfc east teams will miss the playoffs. just doesnt seem right. i remember some years back one year the nfc west was really bad. i believe seattle won the division with a 7 and 9 record. they had homefield advantage over the new orleans saints by virtue of them winning their division. i believe that new orleans was heavy favorites but they wound up losing the game

We have to beat Dallas. They have won 7 straight games against us since we swept them back in 2016. If we can win this rematch at MetLife in Week 17, it would give us a chance at 4-2 in the division. I'm not about to count the Eagles out, however. They are the defending NFC East champs, and currently are atop in the division.
