saquan should be one of the ONLY guys who get the ball in the red zone and RUNNING IT no fuckin screen passes or bullshit weird covey plays. Going for it is fine, especially with our team; it was bad play call after bad play call that made it a bad choice.
You’re right. Analytics show that you take the points early and the more the game progresses you go for it. So siriannis thought process was opposite. He should’ve kicked it at the beginning and then at the end of the game you go for it
Was gonna say the same. The only reason anyone thinks Carr is average is bc he was on a really bad Raiders team that struggled to get to 8-8 despite having a franchise QB. The '14-'22 stretch of defense was one of the worst in NFL history. Only the chargers had a worse run of defense, and it was just barely. That was back in the 60's. Fact is, no QB has ever been successful on a team who's defense gave up 27+ PPG. That's all Carr ever knew with the Raiders. That's not even getting into having a new OC every other year, terrible drafting, and one of the worst OL's in the NFL. Just a terrible team top to bottom....and Carr would still make them relevant every year. The passing game was their only redeeming quality. It made them a threat to win every week. Unfortunately the defense often undid all the good Carr would do. That's why I'm glad he finally got away and is now on a good team.
As a Saints fan, I must say that you guys did an excellent job. If I was an eagles fan, I would definitely subscribe. Very knowledgeable and excellent breakdown and analysis with analytical receipts. Awesome job.👏👏
@@EaglesXsandOs it was a very well thought out assessment and I enjoyed every minute of it. It seemed as if you knew more about the saints style of play than most fans do. You were on the money and I agree that you were very complimentary. Thanks and keep up the good work. Great job. 👏 👏
As another saint viewer mentioned our third receiver has only one 6 yard reception but he is not far behind shaheed in speed. 4.33 at combine for Yale WR UDFA Mason Tipton. I noticed he was making downfield blocks despite his lean 5-10 182 body. Talker AT Perry was expected #3 has been injured but is currently on active roster. Vet Cedric Wilson is 6-2 -200lbs. Considered a good blocker (for a wide receiver) On cut down day Tipton was not expected to make the 53 much less be WR3 by anyone in the media. He was also injured and missed all 2 preseason games. In the game replays, I noticed Tipton effectively chipping defenders downfield on Kamara runs. He impressed s a latecomer to camp despite missing the preseason. No one seemed to think he had any chance to be make the initial 53 (maybe just he and I) 😊 but I suspect he’ll make a splash at some point later this season
Theyve had turnover at dc and oc for 3 straight seasons, so theres no continuity. I wish they’d pull slay. Its one thing to lose with a bunch of young guys who will get better from the experience, its another to lose with guys on the tail end of their career Also they need to get rid of siriani. The responsibilities he has are still things he is terrible at
@@neetrabwasn't his fault bro... Djax was a beast for us.. always made big plays.. had chip Kelly not destroyed that team they may have won something with shady..
Appreciate the good display of knowledge about the Saints, always interesting to hear about my team from (mostly) impartial fans of other teams. Will say I disagree on your evaluation of some of our corners. Adebo gets targeted so much because he plays opposite Lattimore, and with that he led the league in PBUs a year ago, and is among the league leaders again this year. If you get targeted a ton you will give some things up, but he still wins at a high rate. Also Kool-Aid McKinstry is quickly showing himself to be among the best #4 corners in the league. Good luck Sunday.
I wrote a comment about our Yale speedster on this video- hadn't seen your take til I looked for any other response to the “proud of my ignorance” comment. Mason is an excellent #53 imho. I saw him blocking downfield in both regular season game replays. Can't wait for a Tipton breakout game.
Eagles can win if they pressure carr and own the clock. Hurts has to pick up 1st downs through air and ground under pressure. NO usually have close games w/ dual threat qbs
Yes, acting like Carr being worse under pressure is somehow unique to Carr is crazy. That's how you slow down literally every franchise QB 😅. KC scored 3 points in the SB for that exact reason. Is Mahomes known for struggling under pressure? 😂

All Pro secondary & Demario Davis All Pro with speed . . and the strongest hands in the NFL . .
@@Chriscrossthesauce TOP TEN?!?!? The dude is burnt toast. He's ok a nickel but playing true safety is not for him. I'm telling you right now, if he's out there, he will give up one or two big plays. People like him for his energy but it doesn't do anything for you when he's giving up big plays. Plus, he's the type of guy to bad-mouth your team when he leaves.
The eagles give up a total of 9 points through 3 & half qtrs. 15 pts until the last drive for Atl. But yeah, the eagles d is "trash". Make it make sense lol Why ppl care do much about pass rush and whatnot is beyond me. As long as they are great in the redzone, I'm good.
They rank last in yards per rush and 28th in yards per pass, do you think they'll consistently hold teams to 15 points doing that? The 15 points would've been fools gold, just like much of the 1st half of last year was. They're also being helped out by an offense that ranks 4th in time of possession.
Bro teams have had there way between the 20s on us... Gashed in the run and the air.. if you can't get pressure or stop the run this is what's gonna happen... How can you say the defense has been good when they ranked last in almost every category????

Lazy people are missing that : Saints are skipping third downs because it's so old-school. Saints have won 6 out of the last 7 . . Best in the NFL. in the second half the Saints run out the clock in the third quarter they are pulling their starting QB. Try and name another team that has done that. Saints have noticed that NFL broadcasting film never shows you how many receivers were 'open and not tossed to' . . . It's such a waste of manpower! so they figured out that you don't need five people out there with their hands up to catch . . because 'only 1 person can carry the ball across' so, like on returns, use the rest as blockers and only use 2 "catchers".
Nick was correct in "his own calculations and charts". Even though Mr Lurie put millions into a department for that. Howie needs to stop drafting these useless Dlineman from Georgia since they seem to be a dumpster fire once they hit the NFL. Vic also needs to stop being an old dino potato and adapt when his dline sucks balls
Y’all don’t know shyt about the saints. You said all we have is Kamara Olave and Shaheed. 😂 silly rabbit. Our 3rd receiver is “some nobody”. I’ll be back after the game. Whodat.
@EaglesXsandOs at perry is a fast michael thomas who hasn't seen the field yet, he's that good up and catch it while covered guy.

The Saints let up in the third-quarter on both teams. They could've scored 70 both games against any team. Saints start running down the clock in the second half and the third period they bring in there second string quarterback. so all the stats you quote are BS because you're counting running down the clock stats and second string quarterback stats. A team has not been this dominant for 40 years. all other games are boring run run dump punt.

biased overpaid lazy 'experts' are clueless : Shaheed, The fastest player in the nfl, puts Tyrel to shame . . is the NFL leader in passes over 50 + yards . . No pathetic punk is even close.
We say what the film tells us - Saints are a well-coached team with more continuity than the Eagles. It will take time for the Birds to play at their peak capacity
