Phase numbers here I haven't used on exploding codes. I plan on adding them. On my drop downs I don't use a period in front of exploding codes but I use a + at the end to show the exploding code contains all procedures needed.
I have a question... currently we don’t use the txp button at our office. I’m learning this to present because we don’t have a follow through on tracking what work we diagnose. We just chart it and tell people what we do and write it in notes how long, like #18 DO 4 units. If we make this txp planned, could we search what outstanding treatment is out there to see who didn’t schedule? Should we txp and make a copy and put it in a monthly folder to look back at? My question is how can we track treatment plans that people don’t schedule?
There is a great thread in the Eaglesoft Field Guide about Tx Plan Follow-up. In ES, there is a Detailed Tx Plan report that can be filtered down to Proposed Treatment and you can pick a date range to follow-up on
