No secret that there was tension between Schofield and Eamonn & Ruth back when they all presented This Morning. Eamonn will not miss the opportunity now to stick the boot in and make the most of the fact that Schofield’s chickens have come home to roost and Eamonn must be thinking now what goes around comes around.

He should tell to you about the beginning of his and ruth's partnership. I have no respect for somebody who attack somebody just because he himself is jealous, bitter and obviously prepared for a long time to deliver a revenge for no reason. I’m far from convinced her IQ was up in the stratosphere. I’ve only watched this TV show for about 10 minutes in my entire life, long before Phillip flounced out of tye cupboard, and on that alone I’d have been willing to bet the farm that he was batting for the other side. He was 15 when they first met, he did not groom him. They had a on off relationship that lasted around 5 months if I've read everything right, they are still good friends still in contact plus both of them have told their lawyers this relationship was consensual that is where it ends, I'm afraid this is why no police involvement. Philip Schofield made one unwise decision to have an affair with this young man & all MM wants is for all this to go away so he can get on with his life. Grooming is a crime, but Philip has not committed a crime nor has any more boys or other people come forward with more complaints. MM does not want to do a story about it because he does not want any more publicity he wants to be left alone.

No he didn't. As far as I know his marriage was over well before he met Ruth. He travelled every weekend for years back and forth from England to Belfast to keep in touch with his children.

He was not found out MM already knew Philip was going to announce he was gay. MM wasn't going to the press he was never paid off either no injunction he was free to speak up about his relationship with Philip at any time, but he did not want to as it was their business not ours
