Priorities are missing in this reporting. Phil has a lot of ex-co-workers airing their grievances (that's ok) but there's a young man who was groomed being pushed to the background and lost in all this mess. There seems to be little empathy for this young man.

I used to love Eamonn and Ruth on Good morning, their days were the only ones I used to watch. I loved the way they used to bicker, they made themselves relatable. I can’t bear Holly and Phil, nor the other two who do Fridays, he is boring (I’ve forgotten his name) and she is so loud, her laugh is off putting, just my opinion. I know they are all popular for different reasons, but for me, Eamonn and Ruth were the best.

Have Safeguarding of children been violated by ITV? The school that sent the youngster in that work place needs to check their records. Did the child report what he was experiencing to his form teacher or Head of Year during the period of emotional breakdown? My concern is a Year 10 child attended ITV to complete 'Work Experience' and a mother would have been so proud that her child got this opportunity. Then to see her child crying, begin drinking and totally emotionally bruised and (probably did not know why) because her child was involved with an older man in the work place. How many other times has this happened to youngsters placed at ITV for 'Work Experience' The Work Experience of all Year 10 and Year 11 records needs to be examined and all youngsters who did 'Work Experience there - jointed by schools and ITV should be investigated. Has ITV broken the law when it comes to Safeguarding of children in the workplace? A full enquiry needs to occur. Did the school get any information on this issue?

ITV are clearly the same as any large organisation, even the one I work for, absolutely crap at dealing with any internal strife or problem personalities. They probably have all the protocols in the world drawn up by their very important and expensive HR department and they still cannot manage people properly.
