The annual Earls Barton Transport Show and it's my first time attending the event. I had Ryan MG Palmer assisting with filming and it happened to be his first time attending too. Aiming to capture as many scenes as we could in just three hours, we worked hard to create this epic video. Trucks, Motorcycles, 4x4s, Cars, Stationary engines, Diesel engines, Steam engines large and small. Even a model boating lake in the bottom corner where the local Viking Re-enactment Groups set up camp. It really is a mega local event.

Thanks for a great video of our event. You have done us proud. sorry did not get to speak to you for long as we have many things to do all day. Great plug for the other Northamptonshire shows, there is a steam show at Shuttleworth Bedfordshire 14/15 September.

What a great start to a video of you with Ryan, the Rushden Air Cadets playing "The Great Escape" I can't think of anything more apt mate. Really enjoyed you whole vlog, from Vikings to classic motors what's not to like. 😉👍.

seeing the model boats reminds me of the canal boats done up as warships used to promote the Navy which travelled all over the country including Northampton. Remember seeing them in Cron and ec. caroline

Hi Dave. Mawdleys and Listers were two of the major employers in Dursley. Both now gone and houses built on their sites. Listers was by the Dursley midland station and provided much of the outgoing products by rail and needed raw materials being brought in by rail too. Caroline. Ps maybe see you at Sywell on Sunday.

Clayton and Shuttleworth were responsible for educating me at Shutts near Biggleswade from 1976 to 1979. caroline
