Just take it apart and oil it up. Or you could find another one like that on the cheap. Always useful to add some air flow to a area without it getting in the way. I have and use a couple of these (not that brand but same thing otherwise)

Will do! Just gotta find some time to do it thats all. They are definitely useful to put in smaller spaces or to use while working on a machine. Used that one for cooling some computers of mine temporarily.
