Lol oh shit you right oops It's just standard bluetooth, pairs with any BT headphones/speakers or cars that support it (works with my jeep)

Great review! I am about to order mine to use at the gym, i can't deal with the phone flopping around my pocket while i run or sometimes i end up forgetting my phone in the previous machine or spot i was... So this it will definitely be a game changer for me, i just hope it will be loude enough with my Beats Bluetooth headphones.

Great video. I know I'm about 9 months late to the party, but I have 2 questions about this before I go ahead and order one for my mom who refuses to have an Mp3 with though screen. 1: How is the select feature? can you select one specific album or do you just get every song in a long list to scroll through? 2: Does it have a sleep timer?

Both! You get All songs, Artists, Albums, Genres, and Playlists (which you create yourself) And yep it does have a sleep timer

Sounds like the only downer for me is the only MP3 thing, I'm definitely not re-ripping my CDs that I usually rip to m4a.

Yeah banking on compatibility with other formats with something like this is an 'at your own risk' kinda thing. So if that's what you've got to do then yeah the setup for you might be... Tedious to say the least haha

"it only supports MP3 files" Actually it supports way more: I've tried FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, MP4/M4A (AAC) and they all work fine (even via Bluetooth, which not all MP3 players support). I've also tested Opus but unsurprisingly it doesn't work (too new of a codec).

Why? Because you never put all your eggs in one basket. If you lose your phone you’ll lose your mp3 player ( among other things lol). Having a separate mp3 player lets me have it it ready and fully charged at all times.

Yep. I still have my iPod, but it's dying, so I've bought a Majority MP3 player to experiment with. I never use my phone for audio files.

I bought myself one of these last year and for some reason, it had a bad battery. It would only work, if I had it plugged into a wall outlet.

I’ve had trouble inserting the sd card. It needed to be pushed quite far in before it locked into position.

Just ordered this for running. What's the battery like? it says 34 hours playtime. what do you think?

I'd say about like, 18 hours straight of use basically. I find myself charging it only every few days, sometimes once a week when I use it for only a couple hours at a time

Hey a month later how’s this thing holding up? Any problems? I just ordered one because I’ll be somewhere i am not allowed to have any phone camera or anything that has WiFi. Probably should have asked you before I ordered it but too late lol.

Totally fine! Not a single issue has popped up since this video. I use it for runs and when I go out hiking where there's no service and stuff. Majority seems to have pretty good QA, just from owning like seven pieces of gear from them, none of which have any issues.
