Hello! I haven't been to the pool yet but I will be going this summer. It's definitely hot enough in NC for it. I like the new furniture arrangement. Hey Adira! Y'all are too funny! I chilled at home for Memorial Day. I agree with Dunn, phones do be listening! Girl, it's ok! I'm a talker, too. I enjoy listening and watching your content. 🙂 After, watching this vlog I'm craving Chinese food so I guess I'm about to go get some 😂

Happy Sunday! 🫶🏽 Def hit the pool for a bit just go early because if it feels ANYTHING like what TX feels like right now…i already know it’s blazing! The furniture def pulled the living room together…i’m glad you like it! Oh yes, these phones are TAPPED! I don’t even have to google anything and boom…there it is lol I’m glad you don’t mind my rambling 🥹 lol when i edit i be thinking “dang…i really be yapping” 🤣 I’m so glad you’re enjoying though, I always look forward to your comments. 🫶🏽

Another good vlog! You're so right about what you allow into your ear and eye gates, I choose only positivity which is why I follow ms. kee samone❤ What did you tell yourself to begin to be more consistent with your workout and eating habits? It's hard for me.

Thank you so much, I’m happy you enjoyed! 🥰 I think people don’t realize how much external things whether that’s people, places, content, etc really affects them. I’m so glad you get positive vibes from my content…i really want women to feel positive, motivated, comforted and all things good on my channel. 🫶🏽 Honestly, I’ve praying that God gives me the strength to fire and foremost lol he has definitely been delivering! Also, planning my meals for the week but allowing myself to have times to eat something i enjoy in moderation so i don’t feel so deprived. When you feel deprived that’s when you relapse. As for motivation to workout…the recipe is to just do it. Once you’re 2 or 3 weeks in it doesn’t feel as taxing. Also, remind your self of how blessed you are to have an able body and that you should treat it with love and care! I hope that helps for starters love. Thank you for commenting. 🫶🏽🥰
