Baby that pesto is good on pasta, sandwiches, eggs...shoot garlic bread 🤣 allat! lol The green ones have definitely been getting the most wear. OMG my little baby was so tinyyyyy...when i look back at old pics of her i'm just like wow. Even Apollo has grown so much since she came home. My little babies are growing on up. 🥹
They are the impossible brand plant based sausages....so good! And i think i've had just egg whites before but my greedy self be hungry i like the yolks lol I probably should cut back and maybe do just one.

Thank you for the grocery haul, bc I've been trying to eat healthier and some people were saying buy only organic and take celery shots in the morning etc and I'm like God it's too much..but keesamone is snatched so I'm going to take heed to her tips.😊 I liked the first pair of glasses the best! But I like going against the grain with my styke and fashion, so you rock those granny glasses.😂 If you don't mind me asking, how much weight or inches have you lost on your journey? Also, what you mean you're cutting your locs one day?!?! That was on the last vlog I think, yes I rock with you! I've been contemplating meal prep; i used to every Sunday but I just don't be having it in meeee lol. Lol i've been wearing the green ones the most but I am for SURE rocking the granny ones something about them are so dainty and cute, right? I haven't been tracking my weight much i fluctuate between 165-168lbs. I feel like that's my sweet spot to be slim but not look like a crack head because of my height 🤣 I havent really wanted to lose much though moreso tone so i probably should start tracking my inches. Also, in that vlog i was going through a lil phase lol i do plan on cutting them and starting over one day but absolutely no time soon. I really wanna hit waist length and maybe go back all black again. I'm so grateful to hear that you'd like to tune in regardless...that truly means the world to me and the music is literally the icing on the top of good editing! I definitely have to play with it a little more to get the setting and audio together but ai am so excited to travel with it! The green was definitely my fav and it got a lot of compliments. Hey love, i’m so happy to be your motivation! 🥹 Showing up for myself and my ladies helps me out a lot. The packet that i used was liquid iv! Sooo good for hydration and it tastes really good. I get the sugar free flavors in white peach and lemon lime…those are my favs. On the eating healthy part, i haven’t quite perfected that area 🥲🤣 the only thing that im really focusing on right now is portion size and stopping eating when im full, and having a balance of protein and fresh fruits and veggies. No sugary drinks/soda (you can replace with sparkling flavored water, kombucha, etc) and trying healthier snacks like fruit or yogurt. I hope this helps. 🫶🏽

I have been waiting for you to drop this chit chat video! It did not disappoint. I recently combed out my son's 1.5 year locs. Not as bad as I thought, but I wouldn't do it again. I'm probably keeping my locs 4 eva eva. The wash day and detangling when I had loose hair -- I just can't 🤣 And Breezy, yassss!

I have been in a space of being tired of my locs as well. It’s like you wish for length and once you get it it’s like now what?! I’m not making a move though because I remembered that I don’t like to comb my hair and braids are dumb expensive now. You right though if the day comes it is no way I’m coming them out ✂️. I 100% agree…they are beautiful but i just be boredddd sometimes and just ready for a new journey. But yeah now is not my time lol These pricessssss???? I used to be a sew-in girlie in HS and i could pay for them with my little part time job at Sonic, and still had money for food, gas and hanging out. NOW?! You have to take out a personal loan for some dang on boho braids and the thought of that makes my stomach hurt 🤣 I probably would just try to do it myself. TWA would be the way to go for me and just start over that sounds exciting. Then once it’s long the wash dayssss 🥲 girl i dont even wanna think about it 🤣🤣🤣 I can’t wait to see Usher babyyyy, i know he’s gonna kill it! Thank you for the Fenty Hair review. I've been waiting for the Loc reviews. Locs are a completely different situation than loose hair. After watching your video I am considering trying the gel for my retwist.

You are so right! My locs werr soft and fresh but didn’t feel as light weight as they normally do post wash. I will definitely be adding my go to Loc Nation cleansing shampoo in as my first step going forward.

So this has nothing to do with the video but I don't have IG to DM you, but I have to lose weight, so what do you snack on throughout the day? I see some of your meal ideas, but do you have a cheat day, watch portion sizes etc? Any and all tips will help...thanks!
Absolutely! I try to snack on lots fruit, i make a lot of yogurt bowls with protein granola, i like the kodiak protein items like the pancakes and oatmeal. I make “avocado toast” with rice cakes and tuna salad, smoothies and shakes. I def don’t completely deprive myself of sweets im just more cognizant of how much and what it is. For example, replace regular ice cream with dairy free or frozen yogurt options. I’ll have one or two “cheat” meals a week but just meals not the entire day. I dont drink anything with sugar in it except probiotic drinks. flavored sugar free soda water has been my OBSESSION. Also, i’ve been fasting from alcohol im on day 35 or 36 i believe. I havent really been measuring my food but i do stop eating when im full no matter how tempting it is to keep going lol And more than anything me being active 4-5x a week. I have been in love with cycling! I think the biggest things are getting active and limiting sugar and eating more while foods and lots of protein. Find a good balance with those things and you will see a big difference sooner than you think! I hope this helps! 🫶🏽
